Affordable Housing

The California State Legislature passed Assembly Bill 987 in 2007. AB 987 requires redevelopment agencies to make available on the internet a database of affordable housing units that were assisted with moneys from the Redevelopment Agency's Low-Moderate Income Housing Fund.
