Considering the ever increasing commuter congestion problems and the demand for housing and individual workspace, a Live-Work community is a common sense alternative. As a result, the vitality of the West End will no longer be limited to standard daytime working hours, but extend into evenings and weekends. It is envisioned that the West End will one day be a thriving community of residents, services, and artisans.
